Starting next month, a REAL ID will be required for domestic flights.

On May 7, 2025, U.S. travelers must be REAL ID compliant to board domestic flights and access certain federal facilities.
The agency is urging travelers to get the proper ID or another form of acceptable identification, such as a passport or Department of Homeland Security-trusted traveler card, by the deadline.
The TSA warned in a news release last year that travelers who don’t have an ID that meets the standards “could face delays at airport security checkpoints” after the deadline.
Go to link below to see if your ID is compliant:
If your ID is compliant you should contact your local DMV to make an appointment.
To get a REAL ID, you'll need to provide documentation verifying your identity, lawful presence, Social Security number, and two proofs of residency.
